Our company is the owner of the
Donnesmarck`s Palace from the 17th
century, situated in Siemianowice Sl.
(Silesia, Poland). The complex consists of
several historical buildings of the total
developed area of approx. 1.000 m2. The
palace is placed on the plot – area of 2,5
ha, from that approx. 1,5 ha is an
undeveloped ground.

The real estate is approx. 7 km far away
from Katowice centre and 10 km from the
Silesian Ground in Chorzow. There are
stables and one covered with roof break-in
area in the direct neighbourhood. Not so
far away are: a golf field, a sport shooting
gallery, a sport complex and leisure areas.

At present we are preparing the
investment design, which consists in
transforming the palace into a conference-
hotel centre. The centre will consist of the
existing palace, the planned hotel and leisure-sport complex. We anticipate, we
will finish this investment in 2012, before
the European Football Championship –
EURO 2012.
